GroupWise: Out with the Old, in With the New

GroupWise Desktop Client
(i.e. logging into GroupWise from HCC computers)

With the new same sign-on to GroupWise, you no longer have separate passwords to maintain to login to GroupWise and the network. When logging into GroupWise from a Heartland computer (i.e. through the GroupWise desktop client), you should enter your NETWORK login name and password. Your GroupWise password will no longer work to sign you into the GroupWise desktop client.

GroupWise Web Access has received a much-needed facelift. Beginning January 18, 2008, to access your e-mail via the Internet, you must login to myHeartland to access GroupWise.

Be sure to use your NETWORK login name and password when logging into myHeartland (or to the GroupWise desktop client from a Heartland computer). Your GroupWise password will NOT work with myHeartland (nor with the GroupWise desktop client).

Once you have logged into myHeartland using your network login name and password, choose the GroupWise tab and click on the GroupWise icon.

The new and improved GroupWise Web Access is much cleaner, easier to navigate and looks more like the desktop client.
